Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and paypal. We also accept personal checks (US only please) and money orders. We will ship your order as soon as the check or money order clears our bank. If we have your email address, we will let you know when your package ships.

Prices and Sales Tax
All prices are in US dollars. Orders sent to a California address are subject to sales tax.

Shipping
Will ship in 1-3 business days from time of order.
US orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. International orders will be shipped via Global Airmail. Some countries may charge additional customs fees. We cannot predict what these fees will be.
We avoid using plastic whenever possible so your purchase will not come in a plastic bag unless requested by a note on your order.
If you are paying with paypal, your paypal address is the address we will ship your order to. Please check to make sure it is current and correct.

Lost and Damaged Orders
Sometimes things get lost or damaged in transit. If this happens to your order, please contact us at orders AT tactilefiberarts DOT com.

Return Policy
You may return or exchange yarn or fiber within 90 days of purchase. The product must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging. When a returned item is received by us, we will refund money to the paypal account or credit card used for the purchase. If payment was made by check or money order, we will contact you to make arrangements. Please include your name, order number, and email address to facilitate the return process.
Shipping charges for returns and exchanges are not refundable. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Books, sale items, and special orders are not returnable.

Due to the nature of hand-dyeing, each skein is unique and may have slight variations from skein to skein. We color match skeins within an order. We will always contact you if we cannot make a good color match.

 

We work hard to make our photographs accurately depict our colorways. All monitors are different in how they display colors and may very from the actual colorway.
